When your package requires customs declaration, Tollit will guide you through a simple verification and payment process. The process is secure, digital, and does not require an app or account.
1.Get a notification
When your package requires customs declaration, you will receive an SMS or email with a secure link. Click the link to get started — no app or account needed.
2.Secure login
You log in using BankID or Vipps to confirm who you are.
3.Confirm and pay, if needed
Once logged in, you will see an overview of your package and what is required. Sometimes it is only a quick confirmation. In other cases, you may need to pay duties and taxes if these have not already been covered by the sender.
4.Done
You have done your part, and the package is being processed for customs clearance.
5.Customs cleared
Your shipment has been customs cleared and is now in free circulation. It is ready for further handling by the carrier or logistics provider responsible for delivery.

14-day deadline
If the package is not verified or paid for within 14 days, it will no longer be possible to clear it. Customers who experience this must contact the online store and have the item sent again.
