1. Service Description

Tollit offers customs clearance of goods and packages sent to Norway from abroad. We ensure that all necessary duties are handled in accordance with Norwegian laws.

2. When must you pay import duties?

As of January 1, 2024, there is a requirement for payment of VAT and import duties for most goods sent from abroad.

3. The VOEC scheme

If you shop from a foreign online store registered in VOEC, they will collect VAT directly at purchase.

4. Prices and fees

Tollit offers various services depending on the value of the shipment:

• All goods: Customs fee is NOK 89,-
• VAT and duties: Calculated by the Customs Authority.
• Transaction cost: 2.5% of the transaction value.

Fees may be adjusted annually.

5. Power of Attorney

If you wish to perform self-clearance, you must notify us before the process is initiated.

6. Payment

Payment is made via our portal using Vipps or card.

7. Customer Responsibility

Clearance is based on info from the store. Incorrect info can lead to delays or extra fees.

8. Data Protection

Tollit processes data in accordance with privacy laws.

9. Returns

Packages not paid within 14 days may be returned to the sender.

10. Complaints

Complaints can be directed to our customer service.

11. Liability

Tollit only offers services related to customs clearance. We are not responsible for the items or delivery from the store.

12. Conflict Resolution

Disputes will be resolved in accordance with Norwegian law.
